what's up with EVS? I ordered a DVX100A from them and ran Into all kinds of issues, now i'm trying to contact them for a tracking number and can't get anyone to answer the phone? what's up? I only went with them because of the high recommendation from users here, now I can't even get them on the phone after paying for a major purchase. What gives. have I been taken?

I have had the same problems but rush told me that they were out of stock and just waiting for the new shipment to come in from panasonic. I hope they get it soon because I'm itching to start my project.

Hi guys, we have had delays getting the shipment from Panny, but I have answered all calls and let everyone know that there were no definite times of arrival, but we were working on the hope that they would arrive sometime this week before Friday. We just recieved the 50 cameras in our Pennsylvania office that have been on backorder for a month. So most backorders are going to be filled today. Since we just received all of them at 3:00pm (Eastern), and we only have one hour to get as many orders ready as possible before Fedex picks up at 4:00pm (Eastern), we will probably not be able to get them all out until Monday. We will do our best as you well know from past experience.

Maybe I'm a little panicky, didn't mean to cause bad vibes, but I just sent you 5 large, so forgive me If i was a little nervous , but all is good. I just wanted to know how to track my order. I'm anxious to get my Cam.
