running video from fcp to your hvx to you hdtv

Hi there , i just got my hvx200a a few days ago, i love the camera!

i have final cut pro 6.0.4. on my imac intel,2.4ghz

i have my video running from my fcp to my hvx though firewire but i can't seem to have the video run from the hvx to my hdtv.

is there a way to have my video from my fcp to my hvx to my HDTV????

I don't believe you can monitor HD through the HVX. Should be some threads here on monitoring solutions for FCP.

Can't do it on an HVX. You can on an HPX170, but the HVX200A doesn't have the hardware necessary to input HD through the firewire and output HD to your TV/monitor. You can do so in standard-def, but not high-def.
