RR Shoulder Mount with Letus Extreme

Quick questions: I'm trying to combine the RR shoulder mount with my Extreme. Can I use the Letus riser block/lens support and camera block with the the RR?

Is the distance between the rods the same for both Letus' rods and the RR Shoulder set-up. ( I beleive the rods diameter is the same 15mm.)

Or do I have to buy RR riser block and do away with the Letus system.

The 15mm rod clearance is standardized so the Letus should fit.

Thanks, is that between the rods or the diameter? (I thought it was 16mm between but not 100%).
