RR Encore and Grain issues?

I'm having some grain problems with my new redrock encore. I do not have any gain on during filming. Does anyone have suggestions for how to eleminate grain or did I perhaps get a bad piece of spinning glass? Thanks

What camera are you using? Can you post some screenshots so that we can see the problem? There's not enough information here to diagnose the problem...
