Are there any programs out there that let you (reasonably easily) make your own music? For example; I want to create music by selecting different types of music and adding them on different tracks.

OR;

Are there any royalty free music websites?

It just sucks when trying to upload videos only to have them rejected because of copyright violation lol.

Plenty of programs do this. I'm on a Mac, so the one that leaps most readily to mind is Garage Band. You can add your own pre-recorded tracks, or you can simply mix and match re-recorded loops to get a sound that you like.

Again, quite a few. APMMusic.com seems to be good. There is another site that is dedicated to "podcast safe audio" tracks that may be freely used. Your best bet is probably a search of these forums and/or Google using the operative search terms.

Hope that was somewhat helpful. Good luck.
