Royalty Free Footage Of Hitler?

I'm filming a documentary and it calls for footage of Hitler, particularly of him giving a speech showing a large audience. I've searched Google but it seems I've got to pay a fee for some of it even though it's public domain. Surely there's some royalty free public domain footage floating around that you can snag for free so I wanted to ask if someone knows a site that I could get some from, preferably in high quality of course.

Paying a fee is only a minor problem. Video as well as photos of Hitler are not allowed in some parts of our world, on the Internet or otherwise. So you have some other difficulties out there to be looking for. I always start with Library of Congress, and wikimedia.
