Royalty Free audio that's not expensive?

So I'll be honest, I've looked around for about an hour, and most of the 2 or 3 minute tracks are something like $80!

$80 for a 3 minute song?
OK, so I've found some that are charging $30 for a song. This still seems pretty expensive.

I'm looking for a 2 minute track to use for a corporate video. Needs to be upbeat, positive, without a really cheesy techno beat. We were demo-ing our new software for clients...so an "interactive" feel is good too.

Does anyone have any suggestions where I could get relatively cheap royalty free tracks online? Any free tracks available?

I also need a dog barking, though I may use my neighbor's for that...hehe.

Thanks guys.

I've also found a site, stock20.com. They have tracks for $7, and apparantly you get a $7 gift certificate for signing up...

Pretty good selection of audio.
