I have search high and low and couldn't find a singe video from the roxor!!! if the company is serious in doing business, at least post something and not play guessing game with consumers

Probably because they are not ready yet. Some companies wait until they can use final production model for shooting demos rather than pre-release.

Thank you for your support to us.
You are welcome. I'm excited to see more. I know you're working on it. I am patiently waiting.

Lol... What? What does that even mean?
It means that English isn't their first language and they are trying to communicate the best they can.

That's because there isn't one. They have shared as much. So....if "pre-release" risk isn't your thing. Probably better sit this one out. (No sarcasm)

i wouldnt buy this junk
Maybe you are right. Maybe you are wrong. It's too early to know and it's pre-release.

Probably means they specs are accurate, not tentative.
That's what I figured too. I could be wrong, ...but that's what I got too.

Yep. I've seen this too (from other companies).

Just a comment here on the approach that they are taking with the launch of this product.
I AM NOT saying that they are taking the "right" approach. NOR am I saying that they are taking the "wrong" approach.

I am saying that it is an approach that some companies are taking in our industry. That is to announce the product BEFORE it is production ready. In some cases, they will include price breaks for early adopters. In some cases it means that early adopters may experience software glitches or other shortcomings. In some cases, it means that there will be missed launch/delivery dates......and a whole host of other problems and issues. Again, I'm NOT saying that is right or wrong.....I'm just stating a launch model that some companies are using. (Black Magic Design anyone? ....and many others) I'm NOT saying that these guys are SPECIFICALLY going to have ANY or these issues. Of course...they could have ALL of these issues.....ONLY TIME WILL TELL.

I will say this though: If you are NOT OK with SOME or ALL of these risks.....if you do not understand this launch model....You probably ought to wait until this specific product matures, ....or go after one of the other products (from another company) in this category. It's only going to get ugly and be VERY UNPLEASANT if you are expecting them to be in full sales and production mode, when they have CLEARLY articulated that they are in a PRE-PRODUCTION PHASE (who knows...maybe even a phase before that).

Obviously, I (personally) am aware of the risks. I have participated in other pre-production situations like this....and I know what to expect (which is to expect the unexpected, delays, and other issues). For me....$200 bucks was worth the risk and other potential headaches. If it's not for you....no sweat....go find another option and enjoy the ride! :)

Cheers Peeps!!! :D

ROXOR Photo Resolution 20MP, the parameters are real. It is the highest of several models in numerical.

Just to be clear, the comparison between the Osmo and the Roxor states a photo resolution of 20MP for the Roxor vs 12MP for the OSMO. The one sheet ad with the picture of the Roxor states 12MP for the photo resolution. Since the sensor appears to be a 12MP sensor based on the rest of the information, I'm going to just assume 20MP is the wrong spec despite assurances to the contrary.

I wouldn't be surprised if they don't even have a working model yet. I mean, why post 3D renders rather than the actual product? They're racing to release something because of DJI announcing the Osmo. Something tells me that the Roxor isn't anywhere close to being shipped despite what Filmpower says.

That is entirely possible. Certainly a risk at least...

Well as some of you that take the risk, I think that since all their other products are good I don't think they won't take the risk to release a bad product, so I think the Roxor for $200 will be the bargain of the year. Think about the Xiomi camera, it looks as good as the Gopro and cost $65. Remember companies like Gorpro charge for their name, so assuming that this is the case between DJI and Filmpower they will knocked them dead !!! Good luck to all the early adopters !!!

Hi iriszhang, Will we have more info about bitrates of the different resolutions? Also, what type of batteries it's using would be good to know. I personally hope you chose 18650 batteries as they are easy to find for cheap. And of course, if we could have a video sample that would be great. And also, will there be a 3.5mm microphone jack to record audio?
It's probably to late for the early adopters but I hope it'll come in another color scheme in the future, white and orange doesn't look very professional.

We have a lot of questions to be answered.

Hello. We will release information about the ROXOR in different phase.

Perhaps for different people have different views on colors matching.

This cool case named ROXOR SPACE X-CASE. Design inspiration comes from the Star Wars X - wing aircraft, the appearance of cool reveal ROXOR sense of science and technology.
