Rotten Tomatoes is getting lazy. Take this quote for example, which is in response to "Art School Confidential"

..generally comes off as nothing less than a substantial disappointment.

That got a FRESH tomato. I'm seeing this more and more with them, opposite freshness given to positive and negative reviews. I'm not sure they even care.

But for the record, I agree with the soundbite, and give the movie a thumbs down.
 
well, I looked it up and David Nusair rated the movie as "2 and 1/2 out of 4"

that would make it fresh

I agree that it's retarded to make it fresh after what is clearly a negative review, but again, that was the reviewer's choice, not Rotten Tomatoes'.
