Rolling Titles

[DM_rider]

Does anyone know of any programs other than the crap that Final Cut offers to make rolling titles? I've tried the boris title maker and have come to the conclusion that the program is garbage. Any plugins out there that are simple and straight forward to use?

I build it in photoshop then keyframe it under the motion tab.

If you have FCP you have Motion- do it there.

Also, a little known trick in FCP text editor, if you place an asterisk (John Doe*Assistant Editor) I believe you can get words on opposing sides to align to whatever side faces the asterisk... then just add some motion keyframes and you're set. Also, Motion or AE would do the job easier, as has already been said.

I second motion.
