Rolling credits: Standards, methods

I need to credit quite a few people (80-100) and I've never ventured into rolling credits before. Are there specific standards that should be followed that I might not know about? And is there a preferred method for creating rolling credits that most movies/films use?

I've worked with the title tool in Premier before but before I just jump into trying to use that I figured I'd check if there are other methods that might be better or even just preferred?
