Rokinon 35 mm focus problem

Hi there, i have a Rokinon cine (not ds) 35mm lens and the focus ring is very loose, for example you set your focus and then you pan or tilt a little bit faster than usual and the focus moves to another point. What can i do to fix this?
 
I'm looking at the 85mm right now, and if the build is the same you could take a thick rubber band of the sort used for broccoli to add friction. Of course a follow focus would solve the problem also.
 
I would send it back. Something is not right. I've never seen a focuse barrel with that little resistance.
