Rode VideoMic Pro Test - Talulah Directs! - Canon T21 - Magic Lantern

This is just a quickie test, not a full exploration. That will come later. I borrowed a buddy's T2i and magic lanterned it up to defeat the dreaded AGC and get some meters rollin'. No monitoring of course due to no headphone out, but I have a solution for that on the way too thanks to DSLR Film Noob.

My 5 year old niece shows a propensity for directing. I was testing out my new Rode VideoMic Pro plugged directly into a Canon T2i (with Magic Lantern to turn off AGC), when she started telling me how she wants the shots done. So I just rolled with it. Warning: Strong language (I wasn't doing exactly what she said).

VideoMic pro set to +20db, Magic Lantern audio - Analogue gain set to 10db. Auto WB because Canon's are lame at video white balance.
