RODE USB MIC looks very useful for edit and on the road V/O work

I have an NTG2000 in my studio but this new mic from Rode looks very well made and sounds great for portable V/O or recording straight to a laptop.

I may also have uses on a boom stand as a self contained mic and headphone amp going straight into a laptop or i-pad:

I have one, and I think it's pretty nice. I've written an article about it for B&H, and that will probably be published in the next week or so. I also use it for Skype calls!
I too have the NT2000 that I use for most things. The NT-USB will go in my back when I travel and may want to do some VO on the road.
