Rode NTG-2 boom stand

I have the Rode NTG-2 kit with boom arm , I also have lights stand ,I'm thinking to get Bogen 420B Combi Boom Stand.

unless there a way to utilize my light stand with some attachment to hold the
NTG-2 boom.
