Rode NT-55

Does anyone have any experience with the Rode NT-55 microphone, specifically the omni capsule?

I'm a one person show and will be hot shoeing the mic to my hvx200, I was wondering if anyone had any wisdom with this mic.

I will be using it to record ambient location sounds.
 
Since it's based on the NT5, I would guess it is very sensitive.

I used an NT5 to record quill pen scratches in the studio and it picked them up beautifully. I also used an NT5 to record a lecture. The guy said he would spend most of his time near the podium. Of course, he never went anywhere near the podium for the entire hour. When I got home, it sounded quite good considering.

The NT55 looks like an NT5 with a few added features. I think you'll be happy with it.
 
Not heard it myself, but have been told by someone who knows that the omni capsule is exceptionally good, especially for the price.
