Rode MiCon-5 Adapter with a Countryman B6 possible?

Hi, I was wondering if someone knows if a Rode MiCon-5 adapter, like this:

might work with a Countryman B6, to use it wired with a SD302

Anyone tried?

AFAIK it's only compatible with the Rode lavalier.

On the other hand you can use one of these:

A bit pricier but they allow you to connect any lavalier to a mic input via a standard XLR cable, just pick your connector.
I've got one, very useful and it works flawlessly, I just wish it was a bit cheaper ($90 at my local dealer).

mars is right, Micons won't work with anything but Rode mics. You can get a Rode lav cable and solder it to your B6 if you're into that though. Or, different strategy, get a OST TL-40 with Lectro connector and P48 adapter from oscarsoundtech.com, should cost you little more than 100 $, then you have both.

Thanks guys. Is just a bit hard to find retailers for these adapters, other than B&H, that ships internationally

Professional Sound Services (http://www.pro-sound.com/), Trew Audio (http://www.trewaudio.com/), Coffey Sound (http://www.coffeysound.com/) , Gotham Sound (http://gothamsound.com/) all are reputable dealers, ship internationally and carry the Ambient adapter (though it seems that some of the stores only carry 1 or 2 versions).
