Rod support system - LEX + A1

Hi guys I've been reading around for a week and still can't figure out what to purchase...
I own the XH-A1 and Letus Ex. and I must say I want a more solid rig because it feels like the lenses I put on the Letus may fall anytime. And I dont have great balance on my tripod as the weight is more on the front.

Could some kind soul tell me what solution options I have if I want to buy everything from one supplier?

1) Rod system (it has to fit/support the A1 and LEX)
2) Tripod plate must be adjustable so I can get a balanced rig on tripod
3) Grip/Shoulder support

Well, I was looking at LETUS ROD v2. but i want grip and shoulder support, will any 3rd party grip/shoulder support add on work?

I just need my rig up !@$@#! >_<

Any will work, you can grab the something like the letus v2 rods and the redrock should support. Or if you want as much as possible from one place cinevate just dropped some grips and they've got a pad coming out very soon. It's all based on their new system which I really like, solid carbon rods and a baseplate that is super easy to adjust.
