Rod support dimensions?

I want to build my own rod support system for the dvx and was wondering what the normal dimensions are for professional systems.

A few things that I have seen in this forum are:
-15mm rods
-60mm center to center
but then I have also seen
-5/8inch rods
-100mm center to center

Could some one please clear this up for me? I assume that there is a difference from brand to brand also and if so which is more popular?

There are three standards, being 19mm rods at 100mm spacing centered under the lens; 15mm rods at 100mm spacing but not centered, and the video standard of 15mm rods at 60mm spacing. That last version is called Arri Lightweight, IINM.
 
The only place I've seen 5/8" rods are on Panavision cameras. And those are mounted on the vertical axis for the mattebox.
