RIP Pete Postlethwaite

[Ted Ramasola]

I liked his craft. RIP Pete.

[Jawa Ex Machina]

Wow. Well, that sucks.

Yeah he was one of them great character actors.

[Jim Brennan]

Y'know, whenever an actor dies I think about their career and the roles that I have seen them in. This is the first time I feel a bit cheated. I had only just started to see the kind of work Poselthwaite had done, mostly in the Hollywood character parts he played. And I have a feeling that the more of his roles I see, the more I will feel cheated that he's gone.

RIP Pete.

[Ted Ramasola]

and I believe it doesnt just apply to actors or filmakers but to every person whose life had relevance in ours.

[Sad Max]

I'll think of him as an actor plain and simple. RIP.

[TimurCivan]

RIP

just watched Inception Last night.

[Ian-T]

I really liked him in Jurrasic Park 3.....and basically everything he appeared in. He had a good spirit. RIP.

[Gary Huff]

That was The Lost World: Jurassic Park, not the third one.

[Ian-T]

You're right..."The Lost World"...titles are lost on me...

[Billy Pilgrim]

I always liked this guy. I used to have his action figure when The Lost World came out (when I was about ten years old). I also liked him in Romeo and Juliet and Alien 3, among other things.

Jeeezus effing Ka-rist..I never realized until this moment how badly I need a Pete Postlewaite action figure.

[Nektonic]

Damn. Sad news to hear of the passing of such a skilled actor.

I just watched him in The Town a few days ago. He really made a strong impression in the two or three scenes he had in the film.
