Ring Light Quesiton

Hey guys, I was watching the behind the scenes for the "Money To Blow Music Video"

When I noticed the ring light they used for Lil Wayne's scene around 4:03. I had never seen a design like this before, imo it looks like it provides alot more light when you have bigger areas to cover more area. Does anyone know any manufacturers who sell an item like this. Thanks in advance

Same thing for me, all I get is a spinning Vimeo logo.

There are all kinds of large ringlights on the market and they all range from expensive to "are you serious?". I would make my own if I were you. You could make a nice large ringlight for a few hundred dollars.

Nice to see them making some effort and trying to get around the fact that rappers ALWAYS wear sun glasses in videos and you always see the lighting etc... I hate seeing silver bounce cards and kino's in their sunglasses! haha

Can you give us a link to the video, please?

BTW, I don't like ringlights because of the circular catchlights in the talent's eyes but women love them because they are shadowless and make their skin smooth.
 
I have built 6 foot round ring lights and placed on a dolly with camera operator. Very cool look, but where do you store the dam* thing.
