HDSLR: Right now, a GH6 costs more than a GH7 on Amazon

I was looking at cameras on Amazon today, and noticed that the cost for a GH6 is about $150 more than the cost of a GH7:

I looked on B&H Photo, and it shows the GH6 as "discontinued" and the GH7 as $2,200... so it is $200 less for a GH7 on Amazon at the moment. Just some odd news about GH camera pricing.

That particular GH6 is from Adorama (ships from and sold by) and that particular GH7 is from Amazon (ships from and sold by) who decided to drop the price (at least for now).

The GH7 at Adorama is more expensive than the GH6 (although not by much).

Is the GH7 that much better than the GH5? I was thinking about getting a Panasonic S5 IIX.
I have both a GH5 and a GH6. The GH5 is a great camera that I still use at times for various reasons. However, the GH6 can do everything the GH5 can do, plus a lot more. I know you asked about the GH7, but the GH7 is really a minor update from the GH6... the big difference is a better autofocus system in the GH7. If I had neither camera and needed to buy one, I'd go for the GH7. However, it is somewhat bulkier and heavier than the GH5. If you are going to have the camera on a strap around your neck for days at a time, the GH5 might make sense. Otherwise, get the GH7, which will be better at almost everything from photography to video.
