Rigging multiple CFLs

I'm looking to set up a rig with multiple CFL bulbs running off a single outlet or switch, similar to this:

.

Has anybody done anything for this before? Any advice on how to go about it? Is it worth it for the increase in wattage or is there a better way of going about it?

I own a bunch of fixtures just like this and a Photoflex Constellation fixture. The Constellation fixture uses 3 of the 200 watt CFL lamps and splits them up 2 on one circuit and 1 on the other. I'd guess as long as you're under 100 watts on a 4X CFL lamp fixture (mine use 85 watt lamps), you should be OK. As far as I know, it seems the current draw from the CFl lamps is not only reflected by the wattage rating on the lamp so it's not as simple as ganging up as many CFL lamps the wattage would suggest per house circuit.

Just search "guy holt cfl" on here if you feel like getting into the science of it all.
