Rigging Lights overhead

Anyone know what stands, rails and connectors I would need to be able to safely rig lighting fixtures overhead. All advice welcomed!!!
 
Depends where and what your shooting. If it's in a studio just rig from the grid with pipe clamps, and safety cable. If it's location, you can build a goal post, menace arm, truss, pole cat, wall spreader. It all depends on the unit, size of shot, and what you have in terms of rigging.
