riding the dark passage dolly

has anyone some how tweak a Dark Passage dolly to ride on it
i need it to carry 200-250 pounds
and everything i tried makes the L brackets to Bend

use two heavy duty l-brackets like this:

Yeah, really heavy duty ones like for making outside decks. I use those and they wouldn't bend if a car rolled on them. Also I put handles you can use to push the dolly by putting a smaller floor flange on each end. And I made a T shaped handle from plumbing pipe (can be any size or height). I can unscrew this handle and move it to either side if needed.
