Ridiculously basic editing question

I've been cutting back and forth between a bunch of interview clips. The audio overlaps on some of them, so I've just been alternating between two video and two audio tracks with each clip. Now I'm going back over it to make the timing of the audio a little better. I'm not trying to make a clip longer, I'm just trying to shift it left or right a little bit to line up better.

My question is how do I shift one clip and get it to shift all the clips after it as well? The tools I try seem to do stuff like extending one of the clips on either end.

Option+left or right arrow. Add the Shift key for larger increments
