I can not connect an external monitor through my dvx i have gone stupid.
using dvd Architect, External preview on, through firewire to DVX100 from dvx via Svideo to TV.
DVX does not see what the computer sees. What settings should be checked in order to properly display the image? This isn't even worth writing, i am angry!

Did you turn your DVX into VCR mode?

I'm chiming in to attempt to help;

Do you have to ADD the EXTERNAL MONITOR as part of the computer SET-UP?

Sheesh, i will just write it to a dvd and correct (if need to) from there. Thanks.
