Is there any way to do this in Platinum 8 or a plug-in for RGB channels splitting?

I know Video Co Pilot has the Twitch program, Which is exactly what I need. But it is a plug-in only for After Effects.

Is there something like this for Vegas I can use/purchase anywhere?

I've tried to search and have not came up with anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You!

I am wanting to acheive an effect similar to the one in this video

With the RGB splitting and twitching. But I have not found anything in the vegas effects that will let me do this. The guy told me to get the VideoCoPilot program but that was before he realized I was using Sony Vegas.

There's no specific effect for this (though you might find something in the convolution kernel which might do something), but you can use multiple tracks and color correction to do it.

Depending, of course, on how sophisticated Movie Studio's effects controls are.
