Rewiring Countryman Mics

Hi all,

I just talked with Countryman (really nice folks, btw) and they charge $30 per mic to put a different adapter on. While they have it, they will also completely test it out for no additional charge. I forgot to ask if they have a swap out program (I'd love to trade in my B3 and get another B6. ;-).

And, if you're local, you can drop your mic off...though they cannot do changes/repairs while you wait.

thats pretty cool, especially the mic checkup.... now if only i was local.

i found some schematics at their site so you can get other people to rewire too, though, which i might have to do- living so far away. shows how sonys, sennheisers, lectro's etc etc all need to be for the mic to work.
