It's been more than a week since several people I know submitted reviews on IMDB for my movie 'Tangled Web', but so far no reviews are showing at all. The ratings (stars) are updating on a daily basis, it appears. But not a single review.
There is no help from IMDB. They have no direct support, either by phone or email. All anyone can do is post a question on their forums, but even then IMDB makes it clear that they may not respond -- that hopefully some other user will be able to answer the question for you. (No one has.)
FWIW, I do not have IMDB Pro -- only a standard IMDB user account.
Does anyone have any experience with getting reviews on their films on IMDB? Is there some hoop I'm not jumping through?
