Returning to cinematography after a long lapse - mostly "action cam" stuff now...
Hi,
Many years ago in school I was an active film-maker, but all my photography took a back-seat to other academic (and occupational) endeavors for about 20 years.
When I got back into photography I started with stills, but I have always intended to resume cinematography too.
The advent of the "action cam" was the impetus to get me active again.
My initial forays were the standard "one shot" videos (ex. wing walking, aerobatics, and explosions).
More recently I've been working more on editing. I'm still not satisfied with the timing of some cuts, but hopefully that will get better with practice...
Here are two examples that turned out "OK" (IMHO, of course...):
Cheers,
Geoff S.
