For example: When shooting video at a convention on behaf of a news/entertainment show would a videoographer need signed releases of every person who speaks on camera? Would the person need a release from the company who's booth your are video taping?
I am looking for a website or a book that explains in what situations you would need a signed release as well as other legal situations.
I have performed a search and did not find exactly what I am looking for. I have found books with one or 2 pages of basic info but nothing detailed.
