Resolve Project Crashes on Open

Hi,


For some reason this morning when I try to open up my project it crashes. I've briefly read some stuff on the internet about this and let's just say I am not satisfied with the answers. Am I screwed? How can I prevent this from happening again? I really hope that I didn't lose everything..
 
If you have two GPUs try disabling one. That's what worked for me. Free version only works with one card.
