Resolve Filled up my C: Drive

Everything was fine and then I started using Resolve the other day and then I started getting errors saying my GPU was full and I could barely do anything in resovle without it crashing.
Now I see that my Windows C: SSD drive is completely full.

It was about 3/4 full and it filled to the max in just a day.
What is going on? How do I fix this

-----
I have several folders in my HDD. Within I have dedicated places where I would store all my footage, project files and everything.
When the project is complete I transfer the entire folder into my archive HDD. What was when I was in Premiere.

Now with Resolve, I dont have those options?
I cant choose where to save my files for each project I work on?

Presumably you have setup your cache files to go to your c drive. You can verify this by going to Media Storage in Preferences.

The first drive is automatically the cache drive. I would recommend a dedicated SSD drive with at least 512GB.

With respect to GPU full, how much memory does your GPU have? I would recommend a minimum of 8GB.

Resolve has excellent archive options, but for that I would recommend the excellently written manual.

To learn Resolve from scratch I think you absolutely need the following:

1. Take an on-line class

This free class is using an older release but I think it is still worth-while to get started, it is to the point and no small talk time is wasted:

2. Read the manual

cool Ill take a look at those videos. I've been trying to find some good ones on YouTube with no luck.

My computer is fast. I bought it recently with the highest specs I could afford.
It's way more than capable of handling Resolve, it just doenst, which is weird. I have 4K footage but watch in 1080p and only have a few clips in the timeline

But ill try resetting resolve and resetting the features
