resolution too small for festival

Hello,
Need help. A festival we're in wants to project our trailer at the awards gala, but they keep telling me that the resolution is too small for the gala. I shot on a dvx100. so its dvcpro, 720X480. they asked if i could send a tape that they could cut from, but i don't know what that would help since i already sent them the trailer (on a dvd, as a QT file) in full resolution.

Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong here?

Thanks,
Matthew

Yeah, you're doing something wrong, shooting with an SD camera in 2008! haha, just kidding. Besides that, no not really.

ask em if they want it uprezed for HD screening or if they are just wanting a 720X486 picture.
