Resolution Loss

I recently shot a band demo, and I am now in a situation where I need to "blow up" the footage to 115% in FCP. The reason is too complicated to explain. I realize that this will decrease the resolution of the video, but will it really be noticeable on SD DVD and Vimeo? (This will never go to BluRay). FYI, I shot 1920x1080 with an HMC 150, and I am editing in ProRes.
 
Not at all. With a DVD SD destination I'd say you could easily go up to 200% with little noticeable difference on the final disc.

Well just remember at 1920x1080 you're already more than double the resolution of 720x480 at 100% scale. So that means a 200% increase in scale still becomes less than 100% scale when the whole frame is downsized.
