Resolution Chart

Hi everyone, I was looking around for a free resolution chart to test my lenses and was unable to find one that meets all my needs. Moreover, they were all rasterized files so I cannot modify or scale them to fit my needs. So I made my own in Illustrator so it is easy to modify to fit ones needs. I just wanted to share it and get input to hopefully make it better. More information and all the full size files are available to download from my website below. Cheers!

Thank you!

I would not recommend to render it to a jpeg raster due to compression artifacts, instead I would use a tiff file.

What do the color bars represent?
They follow the SMTE color sequence but the values are different from the SMTE bar.

By the way unless you want to use the chart for printing I would avoid the CMYK color space, the color space which is used in the tiff file.

I am sorry, I hope you don't feel I am a pest I just try to help.

I would suggest an EPS file, should be fairly small and will be cleaner when the end user downloads the file. If not then try a PNG or TIFF with LZW compression.
