I have been rendering out short 3d clips for a while now and finally edited and set it all to music. It was all done at 720x480 30i. Now I wanted to upload this masterpeice to myspace but the file is to big. and for some reason I cannot figure out how to scale it down. It needs to be .asf, .wmv or .mov and less than 100mb. Can I do this in premier will I nedd to use after effects?
Thanks all!

Yes you can do it in Premeire, you have several choices.

Start with your timeline and choose export using Adobe Media Encoder, choose a codec [avi, wmv, or mov] I use Window Media 9. depending on which codec you choose you will be given a list of options, image size [720x480, 360x240, etc], compression bit rate, and audio.

Depending on the size your file is currently and the size of file your trying to create you can change the size, cgange the bit rate or both. You should experiment on a short segment to see which you like best then save those setting as a custom preset and then apply it to your entire project.
