Few noob questions that i have
First i am editing for DVD, and in the past we've just shrank the 16:9 footage into a 4:3 timeline and resized to the minimum dimensions to fit (letterbox). Can the footage be resized to any dimension in the 4:3 area, or am i going to loose data. (i shoot in 720/30p 60fps) For some reason my footage get all blocky and im starting to think its a graphic issue. I don't have a monitor to double check....just in a pickle....hopefully someone could elaborate on this issue.
I am using Premiere Pro 2.0 - Would upgrading to CS4 resolve these issues, or is this something internally in my computer?
