Hi,
I have trouble getting anamorphic material into 2.39:1 cinemascope.
The basic material is squeezed to 4:3 but actually it's 2.39:1.
I can watch it with VLC-player setting 2.39:1, looks accurate.
I can easily switch on my TV from 4:9 to 16:9 and 2.35:1 everythings fine here, the image gets streched properly.
But how can I desqueeze the image and get it on youtube or vimeo in 2.39:1 without cutting or losing resolution or rendering for hours?
Is there a free software that just does what VLC-player does, but saves the file, that it stays like this?
I can do 16:9 with almost every software for free, but that cuts out half of the picture in length.
Every help I find sounds something like this: make a 16:9 project, load data add black bars, render.
That's quite the opposite of what I need to do.
Hope someone can help.
