Reseting your digital preview, help it's a black screen

Alright guys, this is by far one of the stupidest things I've done to date, but I'm in a jam and need some help. For some reason (wasn't paying attention) I set my preview to the main display, so every time I open up AE I get black, no screen. Anyone have any ideas, hot keys or whatever to get it back to normal?
