Requiem For A Dream Camera Shot

I'm wondering what rig they used for the camera shot where the camera is facing the actor, attached to the actor. I have a scene where the actor is running through the woods and I want to shoot it like this.

Snorricam...

i was wondering if this is the kind of camera they used for the whole film, and if not what kind of camera is this? thanks

Indeed an Eyemo, and to answer a previous question, I'm positive they didn't shoot the rest of the film with that camera. Eyemo's are good because they are light and cheap(er). They are mainly used for specialty reasons or as crash cams, in case a stunt goes wrong, etc.

this might be a little too much but do you know what year this one is? im not looking for the old 80s ones caz this one was used in 99

^ i'm not sure I understand.

As I mention in another thread, a camera's look is from the lens and film stock. So a working Eyemo from before time can be used and work great like a newer cam.

I have an Eyemo sitting on a shelf. It is vintage 1943 and marked US Army Signal Corp. They used these things to film the classic WW II documentaries. These things are practically bullet proof.
