REQUEST: DOLLY plans

Hey guys....yes I did a search...but haven't found what I'm looking for- but have seen it here before.

There was a post with a homebuilt sk8 wheel dolly that was long enough to hold a pod and a cam-op.

I was hoping to copy this set-up as smaller versions don't allow a guy to ride along to pull focus when using an adapter. I wanted the pic as reference to show to my co-builders.
