Reputation points???

Noticed a button where people can add reputation points to my account. When did this feature happen?

reputation can't be modified individually by anyone. we don't directly use the feature.
it is used as part of the helpful answers system though, as a way to bring helpful users into the system.

I probably just didn't get rid of all the reputation stuff when I did the last style update
