Has anyone heard of this competition? http://www.reppedscreenplay.com/ The rules sound like the typical screenplay competition and from what I can tell, you don't give up any rights to your screenplay by submitting.

I haven't heard of it. I looked up Michael on DDp and he sold one project in 2007 titled Pictures of You.
It's a weird contest because there's only ONE prize. And that prize is to be repped. There's no finalists, no semi finalists, not even quarter.
So only one person will get all the glory, and that isn't even money, nor an agent (but a referral to one).
It's a case of taking a ticket and hoping you win the lottery.
IMO, there's so many better contest out there (Nicholls/Austin/Disney/Page/Expo) that actually will get you read (agents/managers/execs) and for those that dont win you at least get placements as a finalist, quarter or semi, and then get requests that way too.
I would PASS on this contest.
