I have noticed that on more and more tv programming, as well as in documentaries, the motion matte camera table look being applied to the use of still photos.
This might mean quick pans/ tilts across photos, photos going in and out of focus quickly and even zooms in and out of photos.
My question is, how is this accomplished without the use of a motion matte camera table?
I know how to make a picture move in FCP by creating keyframes, but unfortunately, audiences don't go for the Ken Burns picture movement, they want the fast movement that the MMCT provides, which I've not been able to accomplish successfully with the keyframing method in FCP.
I figure this is probably a job for Motion or AE but I'd love to hear any suggestions.
Thanks
