Replacement mic for Sennheiser ew100 g2

A buddy of mine gave me a Sennheiser ew100 g2 wireless transmitter and receiver. He didn't have the actual mic any more so I need a replacement lav. Any recommendations on what you replace it with, I don't have much money right now so price is my biggest concern.
 
The standard mic. is the ME 2-US, which is OK and not expensive.

The MKE 2-ew-GOLD is much better, but more expensive.
