Repair Help!

Hello Forum. I have a quick question.

I let my friend borrow my DVX-!00, and returned it with a problem. In moving the camera the fixure to the internal mic snapped off. I check the mic, it's fine, yet the plastic around it is shattered. What should i do?

The camera is in full warranty? Should i send it to panasonic? Does anyone know of a good repair show in the Los Angeles region?

What you should do is have your friend pay for it.

Does the mic still work? If it dosen't the you should return it right away. I'm sure some of our LA members will give you information to a authorized repair shop.

I normally don't lend my DVX out to anyone. I have a 3CCD sony that I give them instead. Becareful next time when you lend it out. Good luck!
 
Friends are always breaking cameras. My friend broke the LCD screen on my DVX. Next time a friend wants to borrow your DVX tell him to read this post. No more DVX borrowing friends!
