Rentals in NYC area

I've searched for feedback on this, but nothing substantial has come up. Does anyone have any good or bad stories on rental houses (for an HVX) in the NYC area? I know the basics - Abel Cine, Tamberelli, BVR? Has anyone used Hello World? All feedback is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
