I'm in the southern United States and trying to determine what are fair rental prices for various equipment:

-16ft EZFX Jib with Varizoom MC100 Head
-5ft Motorized EZFX Slider/Dolly
-2X Sennheiser G3 Wireless Lav system
-Rhode NTG3 with full blimp, boom pole, Tascam DR70D recorder and bag/harness
-Sony PCM M10 Recorders
-Sony Action Cameras
-Lowel Pro Tungsten Lights (omni, Rifa, tota, Pro)
-Alzo Digital HMI lights
-Azden Dual Wireless Lav kit
-Panasonic HMC 150 cameras
-Sony NEX EA50UH Camera
-Various Tripods and Manfrotto Tripod Dolly
-Manfrotto Super clamps
-Various Sony XLR lav mics
-Atomos Ninja Blade HDMI recorder

What's a reasonable rate to rent a fully equipped NLE workstation with Adobe, 3ds Max, VegasPro and tons of plugins (Boris, Sapphire, Red Giant, NewBlueFX, HitFilm, Digital Anarchy)?

I know this varies a lot depending on market but if I could get an idea of a range that would be helpful :)

Usually they say rental prices are between 2.5 and 5 percent of retail cost of said item. Where you should be in that scale you would have to tailor to your market. Any rental houses near you? Maybe just try to match or compare with the closest to you. I'm renting in Pittsburgh PA, and I do 2.5%

Thank you, abreu-canedo! No. There aren't rental houses near me.
What rental duration time does that percentage apply to?
Are rentals normally hourly, half day, full day, weekly?

Sorry for the late reply. Didn't see it earlier.

As you may have already found out, rentals are usually daily rates. There are specials where you can do weekly rates for a discount.
-Good luck!
